Our Return Policy

Diamond X will gladly exchange an item for store credit only. The item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition with original tags still intact. Please fill out our return form within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Packages sent without contacting us prior will not be accepted.  Please note as items are in limited supply, with limited releases, and some made to order, we will be unable to offer refunds.

Our Exchange Policy

 

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size. We are also able to accept exchanges for a different color, style or same priced item. To facilitate an exchange please email us at info@DiamondXclothing.com before you send your items back. Fill out our exchange form along with a copy of your order number. Our team will take care of the rest. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has processed and when your exchange ships.
